♥ Hello the Gourmands! ♥
Today I do not offer a recipe but an article that remains just as greedy because I will talk about 3D printers for cooking! Yes, finished the galley with the sugar, pulled, tapered etc ... we can now print our decorations, desserts etc ... sugar with a 3D printer, but also our chocolate decorations!
I made you a small selection of photos of the pretty creations that were made through this technology.
These printers are not yet marketed, but when they will be, of course it will be the professionals who will be the first equipped given the price that will be applied (It's worse than buying a thermomix). For the moment these are not the official prices, they are just approximations of the 3D systems company that develops the printers. For ChefJet (classic printer I would say, which allows you to do everything except color) it will be in the $5000 (about 4400 €), and the "Pro" version that will integrate the colors will be sold in the $ 10000 ( about 8800 €).
I let you discover what these printers are capable of doing. I also put you a little 3D chocolate printer video!
And you what forms of sugars would you like to put in your tea or coffee ??
