PREPARATION
An omelet is a cheap, tasty and nutritious dish. Not everyone, but most know how to prepare it. How to prepare an omelet: Crack the eggs (one per person) and whisk them with a fork. Season them with parsley, basil, garlic, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Some add bread crumbs soaked in water.
Place the compound in a pan with boiling olive oil. Stir the compound with a spoon to detach it from the pan.
When the eggs turn dense you will need to turn the omelet: grab a plate of the same size of the pan and place it on top. Take the pan's handle and turn the omelet onto the dish, add oil to the pan and place the omelet again to cook it on the other side.
Continue using the spoon to make the round shape of the omelet and remove it when the bottom is well-done. This omelet is the most popular, but there are several variations: you can add pasta to the eggs or rice or mussels, zucchini or onions. Enjoy!
